I have been working 9 hrs a day in the garden. Wish I would have taken some before pics. It's slowly taking shape. I will take pics when more things are blooming. Todd has been put on bathroom duty. He's got 2 months to turn this into a functional bathroom for when Chelle and Annie come. Walls and floor are ripped out. Next is to move the toilet and put in plumbing for a shower stall. I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I have not scrolled my dash in a few weeks. I miss you guys but I gotta keep at this, before you know it , summer will be over. I'm gonna make a drink and pick up some knitting.

I'm gonna get a bad name in town. I was minding my own beeswax in my garden when my neighbour across the street invited me over for a drink 2 hrs ago. I'm not a real fan of spiced rum but I'm telling you, add a little lemonade and you've got a really tasty treat. I rolled myself back across the rd a few minutes ago and I'm playing lifeguard now. I had such a grand afternoon. I met my friend Paul from hospice for lunch at our local "pub". Let's just say I might have had a bit too much wine. I rolled myself home(luckily it's walking distance) and promptly put on my home "uniform" and plopped myself into the hammock. The weather right now is perfect. Warm with a slight breeze and all those smells after a good hard rain. I wish I could bottle all of it. Except for my irritating neighbour who I can hear berating his child over the fence. -_-

I'm such a bad dog mom. For the life of me I could not figure out why she never wants to go outside even when the weather is perfect. Then I dragged her bed outside and now she never wants to come in. DUH!!!
