Whether it be a foot, ankle, hip back, knee or a different problem, know that every one of us is here to support you as you recover and grow. Remember this injury will only make you stronger. It cannot prevent you from achieving anything your mind sets itself on doing. It may make it harder, put the payoff will be so much more rewarding and worth it knowing that you worked your ass off to make it happen.
